Our Commitment
S4 Edge LLC is committed to delivering quality work. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a project, we want to make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Year 1)
This guarantee applies to projects completed between May 2026 and May 2027. If you are not satisfied with the delivered work within 30 days of final delivery, contact us and we will either: (1) revise the work at no extra charge until you are satisfied, or (2) issue a partial or full refund at our discretion based on the work completed.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@s4edge.com within 30 days of final delivery with: your project name, a clear description of why you are unsatisfied, and what outcome you expected. We will respond within 3 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds do not apply to: change-of-mind cancellations after work has begun, delays caused by the client (missing feedback, late content), third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domain registration, hosting, software licences), or retainer/ongoing service fees for work already delivered.
Deposit Policy
The initial deposit (typically 50%) is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers time spent on discovery, planning, and initial deliverables.
Future Policy
After May 2027, this 30-day satisfaction guarantee may be discontinued. The policy in effect at the time of your project engagement will apply.
