Terms of Service

By accessing s4edge.com or engaging S4 Edge LLC for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or engage our services.

S4 Edge LLC provides IT consulting, AI automation, web development, design, content, and related digital services as described on this website. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before work begins.

Invoices are issued per the agreed payment schedule in your SOW. Typical terms are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Late payments beyond 14 days may result in paused work. All prices are in USD.

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables (code, designs, content) created specifically for your project. S4 Edge retains the right to use project work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party tools, libraries, or frameworks used remain subject to their respective licenses.

We treat all client information as confidential and do not share project details, business information, or data with third parties without your consent.

S4 Edge LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 7 days' written notice. Work completed to the point of termination is billable. Prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded proportionally, subject to the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
